BRIX currently delivers across Bengaluru, Karnataka. We cover all major residential, commercial, and industrial construction zones including:
- North Bengaluru: Hebbal, Yelahanka, Thanisandra, Bagalur, Devanahalli
- East Bengaluru: Whitefield, Marathahalli, KR Puram, Brookefield, Varthur
- South Bengaluru: Electronic City, Bannerghatta Road, JP Nagar, Hulimavu
- Central Bengaluru: Malleshwaram, Rajajinagar, Basavanagudi, Shivajinagar
- West Bengaluru: Peenya, Tumkur Road, Rajajinagar Industrial Area
To confirm availability at your specific pin code, enable location access on the BRIX platform before placing an order. Delivery availability is shown in real time based on active vendor coverage in your area.
2. Delivery Options
Express Delivery (100 Minutes)
Our flagship delivery mode. Orders are routed to the respected verified vendor with stock, picked up, and delivered to your construction site within 100 minutes of order confirmation. Available for in-stock items only.
Bulk / Project Delivery
For large-scale construction projects requiring multiple truckloads, BRIX offers dedicated project delivery coordination. See Section 8 for details.

Transparency first: All delivery charges are displayed clearly on the checkout screen before payment confirmation. You will never be charged a surprise fee after placing an order.

Your order is routed to the respective vendor with stock. Vendor confirms acceptance.

Vendor packs your order and hands it to our logistics partner for pickup.

Materials delivered to your site. You receive a delivery confirmation and digital invoice.

5. Receiving Your Order
To ensure a smooth delivery experience:
- Ensure someone authorised (site manager, supervisor, or you) is present at the delivery address to receive the order.
- Verify the items and quantities against your order summary at the time of delivery.
- Sign the delivery confirmation on the delivery partner's device or app.
- If you notice any discrepancy (missing items, wrong products), note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours at support@brixonline.in.
Undelivered orders: If no one is available to receive the delivery, the delivery partner will attempt to contact you. After one failed attempt, the order will be returned to the vendor. Re-delivery charges will apply for a second attempt.
6. Returns & Exchanges
48-hour return window: BRIX accepts returns within 48 hours of delivery for eligible items. All return requests must be raised via email at support@brixonline.in or by calling our support line.
Items Eligible for Return
- Products delivered in damaged or defective condition.
- Wrong items delivered (different SKU, brand, or specification).
- Quantity shortfall β fewer units than invoiced.
- Sealed products in original, unopened packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or used consumables (e.g. cement bags with broken seals, opened paint cans).
- Cut-to-size or custom-ordered materials (e.g. cut glass, custom-length pipes).
- Items damaged due to improper storage or site conditions post-delivery.
- Products returned beyond the 48-hour window.
Refund Processing
Once your return is picked up and inspected, refunds are processed within:
- UPI / Net Banking: 2β3 business days
- Credit / Debit Card: 5β7 business days
7. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item:
- Document it immediately: Take photos or a short video of the damaged packaging and product before unloading.
- Note on delivery receipt: Write "received damaged" on the delivery confirmation slip or app.
- Contact us within 24 hours: Email support@brixonline.in with your order ID and photos/video as evidence.
- Do not use the product if it is damaged β this will affect your return eligibility.
BRIX will arrange a replacement or full refund for verified damage claims within 2 business days of submission.
8. Bulk & Project Orders
For construction projects requiring large volumes (multiple truckloads, ongoing supply), BRIX offers:
- Dedicated project coordinator: A single point of contact for procurement planning and scheduling.
- Preferential pricing: Volume discounts negotiated directly with vendors.
- Flexible delivery scheduling: Phased deliveries aligned with your construction timeline.
