🛒 Ordering
Placing an order on BRIX is simple:
  • Browse or search for the material you need.
  • Select the product, choose quantity, and tap Add to Cart.
  • Review your cart and tap Place Order.
  • Confirm your delivery site address and proceed to payment.
You'll receive an order confirmation with a order status within 2 minutes.
The minimum order value on BRIX is ₹500. There is no maximum cap — we handle bulk construction orders of any size. For orders above ₹1,00,000, please reach out to our team at support@brixonline.in for dedicated support and preferential pricing.
You can cancel or modify your order within 10 minutes of placing it — before it is accepted by the vendor. Once accepted, modifications may not be possible. To request a change, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email at support@brixonline.in.
⚡ Delivery
BRIX's express delivery works through a network of verified local vendors across Bengaluru. When you place an order, it is instantly routed to the respective product vendor who has the item in stock. The vendor packs and dispatches your order, with our logistics partner picking it up and delivering to your construction site — all within 100 minutes.
We currently serve all major construction zones across Bengaluru, including:
  • North Bengaluru: Hebbal, Yelahanka, Thanisandra, Devanahalli
  • East Bengaluru: Whitefield, Marathahalli, KR Puram, Brookefield
  • South Bengaluru: Electronic City, Bannerghatta Road, JP Nagar
  • Central Bengaluru: Malleshwaram, Rajajinagar, Basavanagudi
  • West Bengaluru: Rajajinagar, Tumkur Road, Peenya

Delivery charges vary based on distance, order weight, and delivery type:
  • Orders above ₹5,000: Free delivery within 10 km
  • Orders ₹500–₹4,999: ₹99 flat delivery fee
  • Heavy materials (500kg+): Variable logistics fee based on vehicle type
The exact delivery charge is always shown before payment confirmation.
In rare cases of delay (traffic, weather, stock unavailability), you'll receive a proactive notification with a revised ETA. Contact us at support@brixonline.in if you experience repeated delays.
💳 Payments
BRIX accepts all major payment methods:
  • UPI: GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI apps
  • Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay (Debit & Credit)
  • Net Banking: All major Indian banks
Cash on delivery is currently not available.
Yes. BRIX is fully GST-compliant and every order includes a tax invoice. You can download invoices from your Order History section. If you need invoices with your company's GSTIN for input tax credit, add your GSTIN in your account profile before placing the order.
↩️ Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery for:
  • Damaged or defective materials upon delivery
  • Wrong item delivered vs. order
  • Quantity shortfall (missing items)
Returns are not accepted for: consumables that have been opened (e.g. paint cans opened, cement bags used), cut-to-size materials, or items damaged after delivery due to improper storage on site.
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within:
  • UPI / Net Banking: 2–3 business days
  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days
You will receive an email and SMS confirmation once the refund is initiated.
